The ability and willingness to listen to the market (aka being teachable) is the key ingredient to anyone's success in social media. And believe it or not, failure is not only forgiven in this realm, it's almost expected. Things are moving so quickly that you get many opportunities to keep trying as you learn from your mistakes. As a matter of fact, there's actually a recent book by IBM Press called Do It Wrong Quickly that covers the very same concept. Keep up the great work for '08 and best of luck!
