Wost product rollout/integration management in the history of Starbucks. The fun is just beginning, too. Starbucks needs a management shakeout for sure.

Can anyone say about freaking time? :)

There are several larger coffee shop chains near me as well as independents. Know what they all have in common? Free wifi.

Seriously, what was Starbucks ever thinking? Entire cities have free wifi hotspots and Starbucks has to make a quick buck?

Joe~ Thanks for stopping by and let me know how it goes and if you get to use that "bux" card today. Now that the kids are out of school....chances are I will not get to use this much awaited service for a while, but there's always time for a Chai. :)

I'm glad this materialized. I pre-loaded a *bux card over a month ago and have been trying to access the free wi-fi features, without knowing there was a future roll-out date. I had come to the conclusion that it wasn't going to happen. Thanks for pointing this out!
